ActorSystemOptions = ActorSystemOptionsBuilder<ActorSystemOptionsType> | Partial<ActorSystemOptionsType>

Accepted input for ActorSystem.create: the fluent ActorSystemOptionsBuilder OR a plain ActorSystemOptionsType object. The union is the default (non-generic) instantiation; subclass builders (e.g. TestKitOptionsBuilder) still parametrize ActorSystemOptionsBuilder with their own options type.
