A behavior wrapped in an interceptor. Unlike the other wrappers this one is
not collapsed away when the behavior tree is resolved: it has to be there
on every message, and it has to survive the inner behavior swapping itself
out. See TypedActor’s ConcreteInterceptBehavior for the resolved form.
