A task handed to the system Scheduler threw, and nothing above it was
going to hear about it.
The twin of DispatcherError, and deliberately not an
ActorLifecycleEvent for the same reason: a scheduled function
belongs to no cell, so there is no actor whose life this is a transition
in. Nothing is dropped by carrying only the cause — the two entry
points that can produce this (scheduleOnceFunction,
scheduleAtFixedRateFunction) take a bare closure, so the scheduler never
held a name for the thing that failed, and a system has exactly one
scheduler for a report to be about.
Supervision structurally cannot see this: the task runs inside a
setTimeout / setInterval callback with no cell and no parent above it,
which is why it needed a channel instead of a console line (#678). The
message-delivery forms — scheduleOnce / scheduleAtFixedRate — do not
publish here: those tell a target, and a throw inside the target’s
handler is the parent’s strategy to deal with.
